• Should have a minimum of 22-25 years of experience in IT space
• Should come from Very Big & Complex IT organisation
• Should be involved in :-
*Day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line
*Focus on strategic planning and goal-setting
*Should be involved in formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth
* Managing daily operations of personnel, purchasing, administration and other departments *Improving operational efficiency
* Monitor revenue margins
* Staff advancement & recruitment procedures
* Formulating training and incentive plans
* Maintaining an efficient team structure and performance through analytics, processes and tools
* Maximizing new client engagement
